We’re in 2018! You’ve created a bucket list of things you want to do. You’ve made a weight loss plan, and you have come up with a strategic system to help you accomplish your goals. Did you know that by March, 80% of individuals that had these goals will fall off the wagon? Why does that happen? The most critical aspect of goals is that they are made to be scored. When people see slow results or not fast enough, they tend to fall back and disregard any plans they had prepared for the new year. “The most valuable advice I would give to individuals having a hard time sticking to their goals would be to take it one step at a time. You have 24 hours in a day, are you doing something towards your goal on that specific day to help achieve it? Let’s say that you want to drop 20 lbs by June 2018, are you making sure you’re working out at least 1 hour every day? These are goals that require attentiveness, and they will take time to happen. But once you start getting in the groove, taking it one step at a time, and making sure you’re following your motivation — it will help tremendously,” says Danielle Hay, managing director of Haywire Inc. According to Success Magazine, the best way to stick to your goals is by creating good habits. The writer Emma Johnson says, “New York City-based search engine optimization consultant Edward Strum advises focusing intensely on a single resolution. “Make it a cornerstone habit that a bunch of good habits and practices can develop from,” he says.” Based on this advice, we know that sticking to your goal requires more than just a written down list. “I’ve always been advised to stay true to what I want and go after it. Hard work always brings in results, no matter what the situation is. I advise the same to other individuals. Make it a habit to stay true, know yourself and know what you want. Let that sink in and let your motivation be the cause for how you accomplish goals,” says Danielle Haymex of Haywire Inc. Last but not least Johnson says “A few years ago, Christina Moreland, Houston author of Secrets of the Super Mom: How to Be a Super Mom Without Losing Your Super Self! started the new year by asking herself, What brings you joy? She then created a New Year’s strategy to amplify the things that brought her joy. For example, feeling healthy and strong is joyful for Moreland, so she committed to working out three times per week.” When you feel joy while doing something, it proves that it’s possible to work hard and get your goals at the same time. “Ask yourself, if something will bring you joy, confidence or positivity, make that your pinpoint to achieve what you want. By taking it one day at a time, one step at a time and making healthy habits; you will have reached your goal by the end of this year,” says Danielle Hay of Haywire Inc. At Haywire Inc. we know that all your dreams are worth achieving. We know that they have potential to be reached. It’s important to understand that we should not let good ideas go to waste. With every thought and mindset, there is a dream waiting to become a reality. With every aspiration, there is courage waiting to be tested. Any excuse that stands in the way of your goals should be disregarded because it is nonexistent and anything is possible. At Haywire Inc., we believe that all dreams are meant to be reached, and every single individual can reach their highest potential. “The number 1 tip I would give individuals for 2018 is to be brave. Bravery comes from understanding that you’re capable of anything to set your mind towards,” says Danielle Hay, managing director of Haywire Inc. As we get older, there is less and less time available to us, so why not make the most of it? How will you choose to live it? Many people are negative because of the adversities they been through; we understand. Adversity is a part of life and by cutting out the mindset that you aren’t worthy gives you room to bring in worth by working on your goals. “Even if it is the smallest goal or stepping stone it matters. Everything around your dreams and goals, matters,” says Danielle Hay, managing director of Haywire Inc. Another factor to understand your route to success is the ability to have patience. Patience is everything. And your character while you wait is also everything. We believe that our company embodies this well. We know that it makes us stronger together and our diligence is what helps us reach our goals. Any targets we have in a given time, we’re sure we can reach — it just takes a bit of faith and a whole hard of hard work. Always believe that you are capable of more than anything and that starting is the first step to reaching any goal.
